Who We Are
IE Pro Exteriors is an exterior contractor in Vancouver, Washington, run by Eric Garrison and Izak Garrison. The two of them are the company: they take the call, come out to measure, write the quote, order the materials and do the installation. When a customer on Google writes that “Izak and Eric did an incredible job,” those are the same two people who answered the phone.

The work is windows and doors first. Full-frame replacements on houses that still have their original 1960s and 1970s aluminum sliders, glass-insert replacements on newer vinyl windows whose seals have failed, and sliding or French patio doors. Around that sits the rest of the exterior: siding installed or patched and matched where a window opening has changed, exterior painting, and attached patio covers framed to the house.
We are registered with Washington State Labor & Industries as a general contractor, registration number IEPROE*797LN, active since June 25, 2021. Washington requires a registered contractor to carry a surety bond and liability insurance on file with the state, and to print the registration number on every advertisement, including a website. You can look ours up on the L&I contractor verification site by name or by number.

How a Job Runs
A quote starts with a visit. One of us comes out, measures every opening or wall you are asking about, and looks at what is behind the problem: whether a fogged window has a sound frame, whether soft siding is a patch or a wall, whether trim needs replacing before it can be painted. We talk through the options on site and follow up with a written, itemized price.
Once you say yes, windows and doors are ordered to size. Lead times depend on the manufacturer and the season, and we give you the delivery date when we order rather than a guess. Installation is scheduled for when the materials are on hand, so the crew is not opening walls and waiting.
On install day the openings are stripped, the new units are set, flashed and sealed, and any siding or trim that has to be cut in is done by the same crew. Trim goes on primed and gets painted to match. We clean up before we leave. If something about the job is not right afterward, you call the number on this page and you get one of us.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell one product line and push it regardless of the house. A glass insert is quoted when the frame is sound, because it costs less and does the job. A full-frame replacement is quoted when it is the honest answer. When it is close, we price both and let you decide.
We do not subcontract the parts of the job that are easy to get wrong. The siding around a resized window, the flashing above a patio door, the trim on a new opening: those are the seams a house shows for years afterward, and they stay with us.
We do not work outside the area we can drive to and stand behind. Vancouver, Hazel Dell, Camas, Washougal, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, La Center and Woodland are on the service areas page. If you are somewhere else in Clark County, call and ask.
What Customers Say
The company holds a 5.0 rating on Google across 25 reviews. The reviews on this site are shown exactly as customers wrote them, and the link under them goes to the Google listing so you can read all of them, including anything we would rather you did not see. There is nothing we would rather you did not see, but the link is there either way.
The things people mention most are that the price was reasonable, that the crew showed up when they said they would, that the work was tidy, and that the siding around a changed window was matched so well it looks original. Those are the things we are trying to get right on every job, so it is good to see them come back in writing. The gallery has photos of the jobs.
