What Happens After You Get in Touch
One of us calls or texts you back to ask a few questions: how many windows or doors, which walls, what the house is like and what is bothering you about it. Then we set a time to come out. The visit is free, and it is where the real quote comes from, because every opening gets measured and every frame gets looked at before a number goes on paper.
After the visit you get a written, itemized quote. It is yours to compare and sit on. If you go ahead, materials are ordered to size and we give you the install date when we know the delivery date. If you do not go ahead, that is fine, and you will not be chased.
Questions Before You Call
What should I have ready when I call?
A rough count of the windows or doors, or the walls you want sided or painted, and the age of the house if you know it. Photos help but are not required. We measure everything ourselves on the visit.
Do you charge for the visit or the quote?
No. We come out, measure and price the work at no charge, and the price is in writing so you can compare it.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. The form on this page reaches the same place a call does, and you can check the consent box to let us text you back.
Do you have a showroom?
No. We work from Vancouver and bring samples to you. Window, door, siding and paint samples are easier to judge against your own house than under showroom lighting anyway.
