The owners do the work
Eric and Izak Garrison quote the job and then install it. The person who measured your windows is the person who sets them.

How it works
The same people measure, order, install and clean up. Nothing is handed off to a subcontractor you have not met.
Tell us roughly what you are looking at: how many windows, which walls, what is bothering you about them.
Eric or Izak comes out, measures every opening, checks the frames and siding, and talks through insert versus full replacement.
You get an itemized quote in writing. Compare it, sleep on it, ask questions. There is nothing to sign on the day.
Materials are ordered to size, the crew installs, patches and paints what needs it, and the site is cleaned before we leave.

Most of Vancouver’s housing went up between the 1960s and the early 2000s, which means a lot of original single-pane aluminum, builder-grade vinyl that has fogged, and hardboard siding that has swollen at the bottom edge. That is the work we do every week.

A fogged window with a sound frame gets a glass insert, not a whole new window. We tell you which you need and price both when it is close.
When an opening changes size, the siding, trim and paint around it are ours too. No second trade, no seam that reads as a patch.

We recently hired IE Pro Exteriors for two very different window projects and couldn't be happier. First, they saved us a significant amount of money on a large formal living room window by replacing the glass insert rather than the entire frame. The results are perfect.
Second, they handled a shattered garage window where I wanted to change the design entirely. Izak and Eric did an incredible job framing it for a smaller, functional slider window. They matched the exterior siding so seamlessly that its hard to tell it isn’t original to the house.
Beyond the great craftsmanship, Izak and Eric were true professionals. They even took the initiative to repair our sticking fence gate while they were there. Highly recommend them for any window work.
IE Pro Exteriors was really great to work with! They upgraded 5 windows for us, they were original windows to the home from the ‘60s. Workmanship was fantastic, they were easy to work with and reasonably priced. Highly recommend their service and would happily use them again.
IE Pro Exteriors is the real deal. Family-owned and operated, and it shows in the way they work—honest, hardworking, and detail-oriented from start to finish. These guys don’t cut corners; they take pride in what they do and treat your home like it’s their own.
We worked with them on exterior projects, and whether it’s windows, siding, painting, or patio covers, they absolutely deliver. Professional, respectful, on time, and easy to work with—and somehow still fun to have around while they’re getting the job done.
If you want quality work from good people who actually care about the result (and your sanity), IE Pro Exteriors is the call. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their home’s exterior.

Either, depending on what is wrong. A fogged double-pane window with a sound frame can often be fixed by replacing the sealed glass unit alone. A rotten, warped or single-pane window needs the whole unit replaced. We tell you which one you are looking at when we measure.
