The terms that apply to using this website. Your contract for any work is a separate signed document and these terms do not replace it.
Last updated: October 2026. These terms cover your use of ieproexteriors.com, operated by IE Pro Exteriors of Vancouver, Washington (WA L&I contractor registration IEPROE*797LN). By using the site you agree to them.
What this site is
This site describes the services we offer and lets you ask us for a quote. It is information and a contact point. It is not a contract, and nothing on it is an offer that becomes binding when you send a form.
Quotes and estimates
Sending the form or calling us asks for a quote. A quote is prepared after we have seen the property and measured the work, and it is delivered to you in writing. Until you and we have signed a written agreement there is no contract for any work, and either of us can walk away. Prices, materials and scope are set by that signed agreement, not by this site.
Washington law requires a registered contractor to give a written disclosure statement to a residential customer before starting work over a certain value. You will receive that with the agreement, and it, not this page, governs the work.
Accuracy
We try to keep the information here accurate: our services, our service area, our registration status and the customer reviews shown are all taken from sources we can check. Reviews are reproduced word for word from our Google listing. If something is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. Descriptions of how a window, siding or paint job works are general and may not match every house; the specifics of your job are in your quote.
Your use of the site
Use the form to ask about work you actually want done on a property you own or are authorised to speak for. Do not use it to send spam, to test our systems, or to submit someone else’s information without their permission. We may ignore or block requests that look like any of those.
Content and trademarks
The text and photographs on this site belong to IE Pro Exteriors. The photographs are of our own work. You may link to the site freely; please do not copy the photographs or text for another business.
Links to other sites
The site links to our Google listing and Facebook page. Those are run by their operators under their own terms and privacy policies.
Limits
The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for loss that comes from relying on general information here rather than on a written quote. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Washington consumer-protection or contractor-registration law.
