One Crew, Eight Cities
IE Pro Exteriors works out of Vancouver and covers Clark County from there: Hazel Dell and the unincorporated neighborhoods just north of the city, Camas and Washougal to the east, Battle Ground to the north-east, and Ridgefield, La Center and Woodland up the I-5 corridor. Woodland sits on the Clark/Cowlitz line, and both sides of it are covered.
The houses differ more than the distance does. Vancouver and Hazel Dell have the county’s oldest stock, with a lot of 1960s and 1970s ranches still on original aluminum sliders and hardboard siding. Battle Ground and Ridgefield grew through the 1990s and 2000s and are full of builder-grade vinyl windows now at the age where the seals fail. Camas hillside homes are built around big view glass and often sit under HOA design review. Washougal takes the east wind straight out of the Gorge on its east-facing walls.
Permitting differs too. Inside a city, that city’s building department reviews the work; outside one, Clark County Community Development does, even when the mailing address says Vancouver. Same-size window replacement generally needs no permit in Washington, but a changed opening or a patio cover does, and we check for your address before ordering. Each city page below says which department that is.
