What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.
Last updated: October 2026. This policy applies to ieproexteriors.com and to IE Pro Exteriors, a Washington partnership registered with Washington State Labor & Industries as a general contractor, registration IEPROE*797LN.
What we collect
If you fill in a form on this site we collect the information you type into it: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the property address or city, what you are asking about, how soon you want it done, whether you own the property, and anything you write in the message box. We also record the page you sent the form from and the time.
If you call us, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call, the same as any business you telephone.
Like most websites, our server keeps standard access logs: the address your device connected from, the pages requested, the time, and the browser type. We use those to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We do not use them to identify you.
How we use it
To respond to your request. That means calling, texting or emailing you back about the windows, doors, siding, painting or patio cover you asked about, scheduling a visit, and sending you a quote. We keep the record so we know what we discussed if you come back later.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it or share it with other businesses for their marketing.
Text messages and calls
The form has a consent checkbox. If you leave it checked, you are agreeing that IE Pro Exteriors may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us so. Consent is not a condition of getting a quote: uncheck the box and we will contact you by phone or email only.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are delivered to us through a customer-relationship system that stores contact records and sends our notifications. That provider processes the data on our behalf and under our instructions. A copy is also sent to us by email.
Once this site is live we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and an advertising pixel to measure whether our advertising is working. Those tools set cookies and receive your device and browsing information under their own privacy policies. You can block them with a browser setting or an ad blocker without affecting the form.
How long we keep it
Contact records are kept as long as they are useful for serving you, which for a home exterior business means for as long as you are a customer or a prospect and for a reasonable period after. If you ask us to delete your record, we will, unless we are required to keep it for tax, contract or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (360) 635-1235 or use the contact page and tell us what you want done. We will confirm when it is done.
Children
This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change what this site collects or who handles it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
