Fogged window, sound frame
The sealed glass unit has failed but the vinyl or wood frame is straight and dry. A glass insert fixes it for a fraction of a new window. This is the most common call we get from houses built after about 1995.
Windows and doors, siding, roofing, exterior painting and patio covers, quoted and installed by the owners.
What we do
Pick the one that matches your problem. If it is more than one, that is normal: a window job often turns into siding and paint around the opening.
Windows & DoorsFogged glass, drafty frames, a slider that will not lock, or a whole house of original single-pane. Insert or full-frame, we tell you which.Learn more
SidingSoft spots, peeling paint that keeps coming back, or a patch needed where a window changed size. Fiber cement, engineered wood and vinyl.Learn more
RoofingA leak at a wall, a chimney or a skylight, shingles lost in a windstorm, or a roof at the end of its life. We tell you repair or replace.Learn more
Exterior PaintingNew trim that went on raw, a color you are done with, or a house that has not been painted in fifteen years. Prep first, then two coats.Learn more
Patio CoversA roofed, attached cover framed to match the house and permitted through your building department. Add windows later and it becomes a room.Learn more Most people start with windows and doors, which is also the job we do most.
Exterior work on a house is one system. A window is set into a rough opening, flashed to the weather barrier, trimmed, and the siding is cut to meet the trim. If the window is replaced by one trade, the siding patched by a second and the trim painted by a third, the seams between those jobs are where water gets in and where the eye lands. IE Pro does all of it with one crew so the seams are ours to get right.
That is why the services on this page are the ones they are. Windows and doors are the core. Siding is what has to move when a window changes size, and what has failed on a lot of Clark County houses built with hardboard in the 1970s and 1980s. Painting is what new trim and new fiber cement siding need before they are finished. Roofing is the same flashing work where the roof meets the walls, windows and skylights. Patio covers are the same framing, flashing and finishing skills applied to an addition instead of an opening.
Every job starts the same way: a visit, measurements, a look at what is behind the problem, and a written quote. Every job ends the same way: the crew that measured it installs it, cleans up, and answers the phone afterward.
Choosing
Four questions we answer on the first visit, and how we answer them.
The sealed glass unit has failed but the vinyl or wood frame is straight and dry. A glass insert fixes it for a fraction of a new window. This is the most common call we get from houses built after about 1995.
Aluminum sliders and wood windows from the 1960s and 1970s are replaced full-frame. The frame is the problem, and new glass in an old frame is money spent twice.
Usually a flashing failure above or beside an opening. We replace the wet boards, fix the flashing, and match the profile and paint. If the damage is across a whole wall, we say so and quote the wall.
Paint fails where water gets behind it. Before repainting we look for the source, replace any rotten trim, prime bare wood, and then paint. Paint over a leak lasts one season.

We recently hired IE Pro Exteriors for two very different window projects and couldn't be happier. First, they saved us a significant amount of money on a large formal living room window by replacing the glass insert rather than the entire frame. The results are perfect.
Second, they handled a shattered garage window where I wanted to change the design entirely. Izak and Eric did an incredible job framing it for a smaller, functional slider window. They matched the exterior siding so seamlessly that its hard to tell it isn’t original to the house.
Beyond the great craftsmanship, Izak and Eric were true professionals. They even took the initiative to repair our sticking fence gate while they were there. Highly recommend them for any window work.
IE Pro Exteriors was really great to work with! They upgraded 5 windows for us, they were original windows to the home from the ‘60s. Workmanship was fantastic, they were easy to work with and reasonably priced. Highly recommend their service and would happily use them again.
IE Pro Exteriors is the real deal. Family-owned and operated, and it shows in the way they work—honest, hardworking, and detail-oriented from start to finish. These guys don’t cut corners; they take pride in what they do and treat your home like it’s their own.
We worked with them on exterior projects, and whether it’s windows, siding, painting, or patio covers, they absolutely deliver. Professional, respectful, on time, and easy to work with—and somehow still fun to have around while they’re getting the job done.
If you want quality work from good people who actually care about the result (and your sanity), IE Pro Exteriors is the call. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their home’s exterior.
